How to Play?

The game Blockpolis is one of many modified Tetris games. Game controls are 'X' and 'Z' to rotate the tiles, and mouse to place them. The goal of the game is to build rows and columns out of those tiles to get points. There are two modes of gameplay. First mode is called 'Classic Mode' and the second mode is called 'Advance Mode'. The difference between two modes is that 'Classic Mode' is like Tetris, without any fancy additions, while 'Advance Mode' has additions like powerups. Once the game mode has been selected, player is presented with couple of options regarding the game play. There is possibility to set the 'Difficulty' which can be 'Easy', 'Medium' or 'Hard'. The differences between difficulties are that with 'Easy' you get simple block sets, with 'Medium' you get normal block sets and with 'Hard' you get full block sets. Other setting is the speed level. The speed level can be from '1' to '5' and 'F' is the fastest speed. On the main menu, beside the mode selections, there is 'Option' button that allows the player to change various settings of the game. The setting that can be changed are, 'Quality' from 'Low' to 'High', 'Sound' it can be 'On/Off' and same with 'Music'. Other settings that are available are 'Block Style', 'Change BG in game', 'Control' for changing the keys that you want to use to play the game, 'Movement Method' and 'Drop Method' and they can be 'Mouse' or 'Keyboard'. There is also option to 'Reset All Settings'.
