Pollenating flowers means you must pollenate flowers of the same color. To earn more points, pollenate more flowers of that same color. If consecutively done, you'll get a point multiplier for each consecutive flower of the same color you've pollenated. And if you pollenate 6 flowers of the same you'll get a power-up. *REMEMBER: Each color has a different power-up* To play simply use your mouse. Clicking on a flower makes your bee fly and pollenate the flower you clicked. It's not over yet, try clicking Leaderboards or View High Scores to see what's cooking to all the players of the game.
