Instruction:

Use left and right arrow key to move left and right, Up arrow key for moving forward and down key for moving backward. Shot missile by clicking left button of mouse.
alternative keys: Use 'A' & 'D' to move left and right, 'W' for moving forward, 'S' to move backward. Use 'Space bar' to Launce missiles.
